She launched her first business at 19 after earning a Bachelor of Visual Arts degree, and it continues to thrive, serving both national and international clients alongside her other ventures under her investment company.

Specializing in online sales, Tamara became an acclaimed expert in the field, traveling internationally to share insights on growing businesses online and achieving remarkable success in the wellness industry.
Her current focus is on ethical brands in Beauty and Wellness, all adhering to strict criteria: Vegan, Cruelty-free, clean, female-founded, sustainable, and impactful.

Tamara has also ventured into Community Channel Marketing (CCM), aiming to disrupt the Multi-level Marketing (MLM)/direct selling industry through her online marketplace, beusail.com, which promotes ethical brands and empowers female entrepreneurs.

She strongly believes that entrepreneurs, not governments, will solve the world's problems and champions the concept of 'business for good' with giving embedded as a cost of goods. Tamara has partnered with Buy1Give1 to support the U.N. Sustainability Goals.

Originally a member of The Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), where she reached the presidency in under three year.
She is a founding member of the first Young Presidents Organization (YPO) Impacts Chapter, North Star, and a YPO Hollywood member. Tamara graduated from the Entrepreneurs Masters Program at MIT in Boston (also known as the 'Birthing of Giants') in 2019 and is now an Alumni member.
